Reception Area - Upon entering Aughrim Heights one is greeted by the large hallway and reception area / dining room, which is open to the kitchen and also leads to the living room. The dining table comfortably seats six and includes full place settings.

Living Room - The Living room connects to the hallway and the conservatory. Central to the room is the modern glass front gas fire, surrounded by two large leather sofas and a TV and video. There is also a modern sound system.

Conservatory - Leading from the living room, through expandable heavy wooden shutter doors is the conservatory, where one can enjoy the stunning views of the rolling hills surrounding Ballyliffin. Ideal for relaxing and reading in, there are lounge chairs, reading lamps, and fitted blinds.

Kitchen - The Kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, slow cooker, coffee maker, Smeg fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. Everything is catered for, as there is a full cutlery set and extensive cooking utensils.

Bedrooms - The ground floor bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower room, with views over the back garden.   The master bedroom has a large double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, with shower, toilet, and wash basin.   The first floor bedroom has two single beds, and is situated just off the landing near the main bathroom.  The first floor bathroom is very spacious, with a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
